Problem using paypal to make payment
|
| If you encounter any integration issue when sending payment
through paypal.Simply log into your paypal account and send your
order total amount to
Billling@LirTrade.com. Dont forget to mention your order
number or auction id. We will match your payment to your order
and clear it for shipping. |

Where do I send checks and money orders
|
Please make all checks and money orders payable to LirTrade LLC.
Mail them to: LirTrade LLC

I received wrong products
|
If you receive wrong products, you can select one of the
following options:
- Keep
the products and receive 35% of their value in store credit
towards your next purchase.

Keep the
products and receive a refund of 15% of their value.

Ship back
the products for a full refund of your purchase price.
Please email us to
support@LirTrade.com with your preferred resolution when
such error occurs.

|

support@LirTrade.com so we can investigate this issue
further and revert with a solution to this problem. |

How to return products
|
|
Just send them using "USPS parcel post with delivery
confirmation" to:
LirTrade LLC.
P.O.Box 3255.
Alpharetta, GA. 30023
We will not reimburse return shipping costs, when applicable, if
USPS parcel post was not the shipping method.
Please include in the package your invoice or order number and
instructions on how you wish to handle this return. You can
select to receive 125% of your initial payment as store credit
or a full refund.
If you have not heard back from us within 10 business days after
you mailed your package, please email us at
support@LirTrade.com
with the tracking number or shipping information so we can try
to locate your package. |
